Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors? LHH seeks a Community Center Representative (Bilingual in Mandarin), where you'll be the face for a well-known health plan and a beacon of support for the community's beloved seniors.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, including some Saturday rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service at the Community Center.
Offer in-language support to members regarding benefits and healthcare access.
Act as a knowledgeable Medicare Advisor with a focus on in-language assistance.
Coordinate and plan health events at the community centers.
Manage inventory, handle logistics, and ensure promotional items are stocked.
Monitor traffic flow and service utilization while performing routine equipment inspections.
Collaborate on building repairs and space management for meetings and programs.
Identify and develop exciting programs by engaging with the community and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
One year of marketing experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare, non-profit organizations, or senior community is a plus.
Event planning or coordination experience.
Ethnically diverse population engagement is highly valued.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, required
Life agent and notary public license (preferred, training provided to the right candidate).

Passion for serving the senior population.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
